Gastronomy is a Villa Rasa’s highlight.
At the Briza's Restaurant, the menu offers a varied breakfast’s buffet with cheese bread and a house made waffles. Between the top, several fish options, seafood and fresh grilled, beyond the menu came directly from the wood oven.
In the front of the beach there are comfortable sun loungers made by wood with a gorgeous view, perfect to relish drinks and appetizers from the pub.
Recently the restaurant developed new options for the menu.
Between the news, “Grilled white fish in a classic french sauce” and “Octopus in garlic olive oil with roasted potatoes and grilled tomatoes, served with tapenade”. The pastas, risottos and seafood, as the “Fetuccine al Limone”, and meats and fish made on the grill also.
Pizzas’s Festivals, soups and wines
Made by fine and crispy handmade pasta, and roasted at the wood oven, the “Chef’s Pizza” is a hit at the region and is served at the versions “Classic Marguerita”, “Smoked Sausage”, “Mozzarella”, “Vegan” and “Banana with Cinnamon”.
At the winter we have the soup festival, when all the soups are served in handmade Italian bread, between the options: gratin onion soup with brie cheese and pumpkin soup with shrimp and cremolata.
Romantic and Welcoming
At the drinks’s letter, news as “CaipiRuby - vodka, red fruits, cramberry juice, foam ginger, honey and lemon”, “Verdemare – imported vodka, kiwi, green grapes, sugar, lemon and ice”, beyond the traditional “Dry Martini” and “Mojito”.
